-Georges St. Pierre vs. Jon Fitch

I’ll go with St. Pierre. I don’t think Fitch is really THAT good. St. Pierre has submission and KO power. As good as Fitch is (even KOing Thiago Alves), I don’t think that he’s at the level of GSP.

-Kenny Florian vs. Roger Huerta

Huerta. Ken Flo’s got his elbows and submission skills. I don’t think that he can stick with the Huerta, a bigger, stronger guy who couldn’t be submitted by Alberto Crane, a submission magician and hung with Clay Guida before catching with some good knees and submitting him. I’ve gone against Huerta too many times to think that he won’t win.

-Brock Lesnar vs. Heath Herring

Lesner. I picked Lesner over Mir and would do it again today. He got caught. Herring doesn’t have submission skills. He’s tough, but doesn’t have submission skills. Lesner will take him down with ease. He’ll then just hold and slap him. Lesner by UD.

-Demian Maia vs. Jason MacDonald

???

-Manny Gamburyan vs. Rob Emerson

Gamburyan.

NBC olympic site All-time Medal count unfair …

Wednesday, August 6th, 2008

If you look at the site, it may be a little misleading. The USSR and East Germany haven’t been around for many years. If you combine East Germany into Germany and all of the countries of the former USSR, you’ll have a very different number. I think that if the USSR was united today, there’s a good chance that they would have more medals than the USA.

Don’t get me wrong. I still love our country. As a matter of fact, I have a bet going on with a friend that the US will definitely have both, more gold medals and more medals than China this year at the Beijing Olympics.

What’s USB device VID_07aa&PID_0011 ? Any Windows XP driver available?

Sunday, August 3rd, 2008

This happens to be my old ass USB wireless lan adapter – only 11Mbps. Good enough for an old system and just to get online though it doesn’t have a whole lot of range. The reason I’m posting is because I did a search and couldn’t find the driver very quickly. It’s available at www.driverguide.com, but I’m so tired of having to click through their ads to get to my final driver download. The driver is available for downloading here.

VMware Infrastructure Network Ports Used

Friday, August 1st, 2008

Here’s a neat little image of the ports used by VMware for their products. It includes ESX and ESXi 3.5, VirtualCenter, the VI Client, and Update Manager and Converter. This is good for network administrators and troubleshooting.
