Not to mention that VLC will play incomplete files.

Geez, aren’t we being a bit … como se dice … melodramatic? “Most certainly”? You must be speaking of Windows 98. This would also go/could also go for an unpatched Linux or Mac OS X.
People write viruses for ‘systems for the masses’ not for esoteric OSes. If Solaris was as popular as Windows I would almost guarantee you that we would all be talking of the joke that is Solaris. You can’t tell me that Microsoft does not have some of the best programmers in the world. Having ALL the best programmers in the world would still not plug every OS hole unless they only cared for a single line.]]>
Apparently, their prices fluctuate along with the stock market because, even though we always ordered the same thing, the last three times the price was different. When we asked the owner (we guessed he was the owner, or at least a supervisor of sorts) he simply said that it’s always been the same price, “pay up.”
We paid up all right, but for the last time.]]>
Wonder if the season will take a backseat to what’s going on in baseball right now? Comments?

As usual, there are only 2 fights I really care about and even then, only one of them I feel is a competition. It was unusual that UFC79 actually had 3 fights that I cared about.
Joe Stevenson vs. BJ Penn
– too easy. BJ Penn – I don’t think there’s anyone that Joe Stevenson beat that makes me think that he has a chance against BJ Penn. Penn does sometimes take fights lightly, but I don’t think he could beat Penn even on his best day.
Gabriel Gonzaga vs. Fabricio Werdum
– a little more difficult. I’d say Gonzaga only because he’s taken out Crocop, which I didn’t think would happen. I think Gonzaga was doing okay in the first fight and he’s in better shape now. They’ve both got good jiujitsu, but Gonzaga probably has a bit more power. I’ll take Gonzaga on that basis.

On an unrelated to MMA note, I’m picking Trinidad over Roy Jones on the same night – I think that he’s probably lost less of his speed and power. Roy’s just getting a bit old and isn’t the same after the 2 ko’s.
to filter out those that are not in B, how would I do it? Is there a
way?
i.e.
Column A Column B
123 12345
12345 123
123123
I want “123123″ to show up in Column C or something — I want to know
the numbers that are not showing in both.
[Excel 97]
Assuming that you have filled 30 rows in columns A and B (->range
A2:B31).
In C2, enter :
=IF(COUNTIF(B$2:B$31,A2),”",A2)
and copy down.
After this, you can apply a filter on column C (show only the not empty
cells).]]>
This place is really friggin’ good! We were on Oahu just for 4 days or so and went to this place twice for dinner! Well, one of the reasons for this is because we knew that after leaving, we wouldn’t be able to revisit it very easily.
Of the two times we were there, we usually started with the premium Sake…don’t remember the exact name of it – it was one of the Junmais – the premium is the sweeter one though they’re both good. We’ve had the Sushi Pizza, which was pretty original and not bad. I’d prefer crispy seaweed, but it was still good. Unagi and Rice – the hot plate was very good – should wait until the rice gets harder before serving – rice from the bottom of the bowl is excellent. Yukari French Fries – taste like regular fries, but they’ve got a little twist – a little different taste that makes it just a little value add over some of the other places. The Rock Shrimp – it was good, but I didn’t find it was that good; better than most fried shrimps as the quality of the shrimp wasn’t too bad – you know how you can get fried shrimp from some places and they give you mostly batter – not this place. The Gyoza – awesome quality! Not too big, tasted good. Albacore Tuna Carpaccio – it was seared and was a little weird for me since I’m used to having it raw, but it was definitely good. Chicken Karaage with Spicy Tartar Sauce – the chicken was good; I didn’t need the tartar sauce.
It’s optional. Stir-Fried Omelet Noodle – eh … friends thought it was really good. I thought it was okay – not something that I would have again because the tangy taste was a little weird for me. Albacore Tuna on Crispy Rice – definitely original, definitely good – must try. Beef Tataki with Balsamic Sushi – I liked the Tuna better, but this wasn’t bad – another original. For dessert, we tried the Chocolate and Cinnamon Honey Toasts and the baked banana. The honey toast is something that everyone gets. The baked banana was alright; tastes like your typical pan fried banana you can get at other places. Overall, A++ – I’ll definitely go back when I visit Hawaii again!
It’s downloadable here: http://www.heise.de/ct/projekte/offlineupdate/
It’s so cool! It’s also very useful. You don’t need to be on the network when you do the updating. If you use Windows and get on a public network, you most certainly will get a virus before you even get fully updated! This software has saved me so much time! Almost like downloading a service pack and installing it, it pulls all of the Windows updates from Microsoft’s website and puts them into a big folder or iso for you so that you can just install an OS, pop in the cd that you made with this and just install all of the patches in one fell swoop. Awesome! … and FREE!
